בית אברהם לוי ונתן וולמן - שד’ מוריה 37
בית דירות משנת 1937 שתוכנן על ידי האדריכל ז. אורלוב בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה הינו דו אגפי זוויתי, בגין הימצאותו בקרן הרחובות מוריה והספורט. שני אגפי הבנין היו בעלי 2 קומות. לפני שנים נוספה קומה לאגף הצפוני, והפרגולה שהיתה על הגג המקורי הועתקה למיקומה החדש. במרכז המבנה חדר מדרגות משולש עם חלונות בלגיים רחבים לכל גובהו, שיוצר אפקט מרהיב בחלל חדר המדרגות. המבנה בגמר טיח המאפיין את בנייני הסגנון הבינלאומי.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בשנת 1997.

بيت أقراهام ليفي وناتان وولمان - جادة موريا 37
بيت شقق من عام 1937 ، قام بتصميمه المهندس المعماري ز . أورلوف بالأسلوب العالمي . المبنى تناني الجناح على شكل زاوية ، لسبب وجوده على زاوية الشارعين موريا والسبورت . كان جناحا المبنى من طابقين . وقبل سنوات تمت إضافة طابق إلى الجناح الشمالي ، وقد تم نقل السقيفة التي كانت على السطح الأصلي إلى مكانها الجديد . وفي وسط المبنى مطلع درج مثلث مع شبابيك بلجيكية واسعة على طول ارتفاعه إذ يشكل عنصر تأثیر بديع في فضاء مطلع الدرج المبنى بتشطيب قصارة ، وهو ما يميز مباني الأسلوب العالمي . تم إعلان المبنى للحفاظ التاريخي عام 1997 .

Avraham Levy & Nathan Wolman House - 37 Moriah Blvd.
Architect Z. Orlov designed this 1937 apartment house in the International Style.
The building is two-winged and angular, as it stands on the corner of Moriah and HaSport Streets. Primarily, both wings had two floors, but later the north wing had one added, and the pergola on the original roof was relocated. At the center of the building is a triangular stairwell with wide steel profile windows to its entire height, creating a spectacular effect. The building has plaster finish that characterized the International Style.
Declared worthy of preservation in 1997.
