מלצ’ט 20 | ملتشت ٢٠ | Melchett 20

בית ה’ תנחום בן-יהודה תוכנן על ידי אינג’ חיים סוקולינסקי לשימוש מגורים, ונבנה בשנת 1935 בסגנון אדריכלות התנועה המודרנית הבינלאומית. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית "לב העיר" תב"ע 2385 וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
המבנה נבנה במקור בגובה של 3 קומות. בשנות ה-90 נוספו לו עוד 2 קומות וחצי.
הבנין מאופיין בחזית א-סימטרית, בפרופורציות אופקיות של חלונות ומרפסות זיזיות עם מעקה בנוי. חדר המדרגות ממוקם בצד המבנה ומודגש על ידי חלונות בודדים. המבנה שוקם בשנת 2015 על ידי חברת עזרה וביצרון, בהנחיית מחלקת שימור עת"א ובתכנון צ.שגב-ד.סוקולצקי אדריכלים.

H. Tanchum Ben-Yehuda House was designed by engineer Haim Sokolinski for residential purposes, and was built in 1935 in the International style of the modern movement in architecture. The building was listed for conservation as part of the "Ley Ha’ir" 2385 urban building plan and is located in the UNESCO-declared zone. Originally, the building was built with three stories. In the ’90’s an additional two and a half stories were added. The building features an asymmetric façade with horizontal proportions of cantilever windows and balconies with a built railing. The stairwell is located to the side of the building and is emphasized by individual windows. The building was preserved in 2015 by Ezra U Bitzron, under the guidance of the Tel Aviv Municipality’s preservation department, and planned by T. Segev - D. Sokoletsky Architects.

خطط المهندس حاييم موكولينسكي بيت هي تتحوم بن يهودا للاستعمال كمبنى سكني ، وبني عام ۱۹۳۰ على طراز الهندسة المعمارية للحركة الدولية الحديثة . أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج " قلب المدينة " لتخطيط البناء البلدي ۲۳۸۰ ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو تي المبنى بالأساس على ارتفاع ثلاثة طوابق . اضيف إليه في سنوات التسعينات طابقان ونصف . يتميز المبنى بواجهة غير متماثلة ، بأبعاد أفقية من النوافذ ، وشرفات بارزة نحو الشارع ذات درابزين مبني . تقع غرفة الدرج في جانب المبنى وتبرزها بضعة نوافذ . ترميم المبنى عام ۲۰۱۰ من قبل شركة عزرا وبيصرون ، وبامر من قسم الحفاظ على المباني التابع لبلدية تل ابيب ، وبتخطيط ص . سيجف د . موكولتسكي للهندسة المعمارية
