בית אהרון כהנא ומוזיאון רמת-גן לאמנות ישראלית
בית הצייר אהרון כהנא נבנה בתחילת שנות ה-60 ובו סטודיו לציור וסטודיו לקרמיקה, שכהנא ורעייתו מידא יצרו בו.
המבנה תוכנן ע"י האדריכל יעקב רכטר ומאז שנות ה-90 משמש כמוזיאון אומנות קרמיקה במוזיאון שאירח עד היום מאות תערוכות, נמצא התנור המקורי לשריפת קרמיקה של הזוג כהנא.

סמוך לבית כהנא נמצא מוזיאון רמת גן לאמנות ישראלית, והוא שוכן במבנה בסגנון בין-לאומי שהיה מקובל בשנות ה-20 וה-30 של המאה העשרים. המוזיאון ובתי האומנים שלאורך הירקון מהווים את קריית המוזיאונים. המוזיאון מקיים פעילות רצופה של הצגת אומנות ישראלית בתחומים שונים הכוללים ציור, פיסול, צילום ועוד.

The Aharon Kahana and the Ramat Gan Museum of Israeli Art
The house of painter Aharon Kahana was built in the early 1960’s and housed drawing and ceramics studios for him and his wife, Mideh. Designed by architect Ya’akov Rechter, since the 1990s it has served as a museum for ceramics and has hosted hundreds of exhibitions and still houses the Kahanas’ original kiln.

Adjacent to Kahana House is the Ramat-Gan Museum for Israeli Art, built in the International Style popular in the 1920s and 30s. The museum and the artists houses along the Yarkon constitute the Museum District. The Museum’s ongoing activities include exhibitions of Israeli drawing, sculpture, photography and more.
