החשמל 15| افخشمال ۱۰ | Ha’hashmal 15

המבנה ברחוב החשמל 15 תוכנן על ידי האדר’ בן ציון גינצבורג עבור גב’ שרה גינצבורג ונבנה בשנת 1925. תוכנן כבית עירוני בן שתי קומות ומרתף חלקי ויועד למגורים. התכנון והעיצוב לפי רוח התקופה האקלקטית. הכניסה לבניין ממורכזת בחזית הראשית, המאופיינת בסימטריה, ומלווה בשני עצי וושינגטוניה. הבניין לשימור צופה על באר היסטורית ברחוב, באזור החיץ של מתחם הכרזת העיר הלבנה של אונסקו. במבנה נבנו כ-14 דירות ייחודיות, דירות גג ודירון גן.

The building on Hahashmal Street was designed as a townhouse with two stories and a partial basement for residential purposes for Ms. Sarah Ginsburg. It was designed in the Eclectic period style, and was built in 1925 in the heart of the Ramat Hasharon neighborhood.
The building’s entrance is centered in its primary façade, which is characterized by its symmetry and two Washingtonia trees. The preserved building overlooks an historic well in the street, and is located in the buffer zone of the UNESCO declared White City area. The refurbished building includes 14 unique apartments, including penthouses and garden apartments.

خطط المبني في شارع محشمال كبيت مدني مكون من طابقين وقبو جزئي ، وخصص لسكن السيدة سارة غينتسبورغ خطط وصمم بروح فترة البناء الأكلكتي وبني عام ۱۹۲۰ في قلب كي رمات هشارون . مدخل المبنى متمركز في الواجهة الرئيسية ، يميزه تماثل وفيه شجرتان من نوع واشنطونيا . يطل المبنى المرمم على بنر تاريخية في الشارع بالمنطقة العازلة في موقع الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو . بنيت في المبنى الذي تم تجديده ١٤ شقة سكنية مميزة من بينها شقة على السطح واخرى عند الحديقة المهندس المعماري الأصلي : بن تصيون غينتسبورغ ، المهندس المعماري للبناء والحفاظ على المبنى : يؤاف ميسر ، صاحب المبنى والمبادر : تسفورن - للعقارات والبناء
