בית לייטס - סורוקה נבנה בשנת 1921 עפ"י תכנונו של האדריכל יהושוע צבי טבצ’ניק (תבורי), בסגנון האדריכלות האקלקטית. הבניין נבנה על שני מגרשים צמודים, בתחילה כשני בתי מגורים חד קומתיים עם קיר משותף. כעבור מספר שנים הוסבה קומת הקרקע למסחר והונמכה למפלס הרחוב, ונוספה קומה מעליה. במהלך השנים עבר הבניין שינויים רבים, והחליף ידיים רבות. המבנה הוכרז לשימור במסגרת תוכנית השימור 2650ב, ונמצא באזור ההכרזה של העיר הלבנה, כאתר מורשת עולמי על ידי אונסק"ו בשנת 2003. בשנת 2012 נרכש הבניין על ידי קבוצת רכישה, עבורה תוכננה תוספת בניה למגורים בירכתי המגרש, ובשלוש קומות בנסיגה, על הבניין המקורי.

The Leites - Soroka House, built in 1921, was designed by architect Yehoshua Tzvi Tabachnik in the Eclectic Architecture Style. The building was erected on two adjacent plots, initially as two single-story dwelling houses with a shared wall. A few years later, the ground floor was opened to commerce and lowered to the street level. A floor was added above it. Over the years, the building has undergone many changes, and has changed hands number of times. The structure was declared as part of the conservation program 2650B, and is located in the White City area declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. In 2012, the building was purchased by a property group for which the addition of residential construction was planned at the back of the site, and on three levels behind the original building.

بيت لايتس - سوروكا عام ١٩٢١ وفقأ لتخطيط المهندس المعماري يهشواع تسفي طبتشنيك ( تفوري ) على طراز الهندسة المعمارية الأكلكتية . بني العبنى في البداية على قطعتي أرض مجاورتين ، كمبنيين للسكن مكونين من طابق واحد مع حائط مشترك . بعد بضع سنوات ، تحول الطابق الأرضي إلى طابق تجاري وخفض إلى مستوى الشارع ، وأضيف طابق فوقه . خضع المبنى للعديد من التغييرات على مر السنين ، وتبدل ملاكون عديدون له . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة في إطار برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو عام ٢٠٠٣ . اشترت مجموعة شرائية المبنى عام ٢٠١٢ حيث خططت لها إضافة بناء للسكن في الجزء الخلفي من قطعة الأرض ، وثلاثة طوابق متراجعة إلى الداخل ، على المبنى الأصلي .
