מבנה בסגנון האקלקטי, אשר נבנה בשנת 1922 על ידי האדריכל י.צ. טבצ’ניק למגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית השימור ונמצא באזור החיץ של העיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. המבנה מתאפיין בחזית סימטרית עם חצר במרכזה של החזית הראשית, המובילה לכניסה לחדר המדרגות. אלמנט חדר המדרגות, מעוטר בתבליטים וחללו הפנימי עשיר בציורי קיר ותקרות עם נופי הארץ. במסגרת עבודות השימור קומת הקרקע בחזית המורה ממגורים למסחר, נוספה מעלית ושומרו ציורי הקיר.

A residential structure in Eclectic Style, built in 1922 by the architect Y.Z. Tabachnik. The building was listed for preservation under strict limitations within the city’s Conservation Plan and is located in the buffer zone of the White City, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2003. The building is characterized by a symmetrical façade with a courtyard in the center leading to the entrance. The stairwell is decorated on the exterior with reliefs, while the interior is rich in murals. The ceiling carry depictions of local landscapes. As part of the conservation work, the ground floor in the front was converted from residential to commercial purposes, an elevator was added while the murals were preserved.

مبني على الطراز الأحكتي ، بناء المهندس المعماري ي . ص . طبتشنيك عام ۱۹۲۲ كمبنى سكني أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بشروط صارمة بحكم برنامج صبنة المبني ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة للمدينة البيضاء ، التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو موقع تراث عالمي عام ۲۰۰۳ . يتميز المبنى بواجهة متماثلة ذات منحة في مركز الواجهة الرئيسية ، والتي تؤدي إلى مدخل غرفة الدرج . عنصر غرفة الدرج ، مزين بنتوءات بينما الحيّز الداخلي غني برسومات جدارية وأسقف عليها منظر طبيعية من البلاد . تم تحويل الطابق الأرضي في الواجهة من السكن إلى التجارة في إطار أعمال الصيانة ، كما أضيف مصعد وتم الحفاظ على رسومات الجدار الهندسة المعمارية والصيانة : نيتسا سموك للهندسة المعمارية ۲۰۱٤ . المبادرة : شركة د . ب . م . مرض . وباز للهندسة المعمارية
