בית גליקין (’וילה מגדל׳’)
בית מגורים טיפוסי להדר-הכרמל, תוכנן על ידי האדריכל הנס סובלזון (1931) והושלם ב -1934. הבעלים, משה גליקין, איש חובבי ציון ברוסיה, ניהל את אחוזת מגדל שליד הכנרת בשנים 1921-1910 כשהשתקע בחיפה קרא לביתו על-שם החווה שנקשר אליה.

The Glikin House (Villa Migdal)
A typical Hadar-Hacarmel residental building, designed by architect Hans Sobelsohn in 1931 and completed in 1934. The owner, Moshe Glikin, A member of the Hovevei Zion Movement in Russia, was manager of the Migdal Estate near the Sea of Galilee in 1910-1921. When he settled in Haifa he named his house after the estate, to which he had become attached.

بیت جليـكين ( فيلا مجدال )
مبنی سـكـن نمـوذجـي لـي هادار الكرمل ، صممه المهندس المعماري هانس سوبلزون ( ۱۹۳۱ ) وتم تشييده عام ١٩٣٤. كان موشي جليكين ، مالك المبنى . من منظمة " محبي صهيون " في روسيا . أدار مزرعة " مجدال " قرب بحيرة طبريا في الأعوام ١٩١٠-١٩٢١ ، ثم إستقر في حيفا وأطلق اسم المزرعة ، التي كان متعلقا بها ، على بيته هذا .

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
