בית מקס רוזנבאום
נבנה עבור מקס רוזנבאום בין השנים 1939-1938 בתכנון האדריכל היינץ ראו, כבית דירות משותף, הבנוי בחלקו מחומרים שהובאו מגרמניה. הבית הדו-קומתי בסגנון הבין-לאומי בנוי משלושה גושים במדורג על שיפוע פני הקרקע התלולים. הבניין בנוי מבטון וטיח, ונחשב המבנה המדורג הראשון בירושלים בעידן המודרני.

بیت ماکس روزنباوم
أقيم كبيت متعدد الشقق خلال ۱۹۳۸–۱۹۳۹ بتصميم المهندس المعماري هاينس راو على الطراز العالمي . تم بناء العمارة ذات الطبقين وثلاث كتل متدرجة على الأرض شديدة الانحدار من مواد تم استيراد بعضها من ألمانيا . تعتبر أول عمارة متدرجة في القدس الحديثة

MAX ROSENBAUM HOUSE
Designed according to the international style by architect Heinz Rau and built in 1938-1939 as a three-wing two-story condominium. Located on a steep surface, It is considered the first terrace-house in modern Jerusalem.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
