בית הוכצייט, תוכנן בשנת 1937 על ידי אדריכל שלמה גפשטיין בסגנון הבינלאומי ומשמש כבנין מגורים.
את הבנין יזמו האדריכל שלמה גפשטיין יחד עם עמנואל טובים ומשה מגנט.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו.
הבנין כולל פרטים טיפוסיים לסגנון הבינלאומי כמו המרפסות בעלות הדגש האופקי, החזית החופשית בדופן המזרחית של הבנין ופרטי חדר המדרגות.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בשנת 2008 ושופץ בשנת 2013 על פי תכנונו של משרד גל פלג אדריכלים.

Hochzeit House was designed in 1937 by architect Shlomo Gepstein in the international style and was used for residential purposes. The building was funded by architect Shlomo Gepstein, Emmanuel Tovim and Moshe Magnet.
The building was listed for preservation during the preservation plan and is located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building includes details typical of the international style such as horizontally highlighted balconies, a free façade on the Eastern wall of the building, and a detailed stairwell.
The building was listed for preservation in 2008, and was restored in 2013 according to plans from the office of Gal Peleg architects

خطط المهندس المصاري شلومو جبشتاين بيت هوخشيط عام ۱۹۳۷ على الطراز البولي ويستخدم كمبنى سكني بادر إلى إقامة المبنى المهندس المعماري شلومو جبشتاين مع عمانوئيل طوبيم وموشيه ماجنيت . أعلن عن المهني للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو . غرفة و يشمل المبنى عناصر تقليدية للطراز الدولى كالشرفات ذات التركيز الأفقي ، الواجهة الحرة في الجانب الشرقي من المبنى وتفاصيل الدرج أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه عالم ۲۰۰۸ متم عام ۲۰۱۳ وقتالتخطيط مكتب جال بيلد للمهندسين المعماريين .
