בניין זה ברחוב בילינסון, נבנה בשנת 1954 והיה המטה של מפא"י בתל אביב (לימים מפלגת העבודה) מיום הקמתו ועד שלהי שנות התשעים של המאה העשרים.
קומת המסד שימשה כמועדון לסופרים ואמנים "מלוא" שהיווה המקום העיקרי למפגשי תרבות ומוסיקה של צעירי המפלגה בעיר. ראש ממשלת ישראל הראשון, דוד בן גוריון ובכירי המפלגה לדורותיהם, נהגו להיפגש במקום שוקק זה ולהתכונן לכינוסי החברים שהתקיימו בתיאטרון "אהל" הסמוך, ששוחזר ומשמש כיום כמלון בוטיק. מעבר לכביש, בפרוג 1 פינת בן עמי, פעל מועדון המפלגה "בוסתן" שבחצרו התקיימו הופעות והצגות, ביניהם של: להקת התרנגולים, נחמה הנדל וישראל גוריון אשר משכו אליהם מבקרים מכל רחבי הארץ.

This building was used as the historical Tel Aviv Headquarters of the MAPAI (later known as Labor Party) headed by Israel’s first PM David Ben Gurion. Club MILO, home for authors and artists was located on the ground floor of this building. It was the main gathering place for cultural and musical events of the party’s youth.

בשנת 2000 הוסב הבניין לבית דירות ונוספו לו שתי קומות
The building was converted to residential use and two floors were added to it.
