בית זילברשטיין תוכנן על ידי האדריכל שמואל (סם) ברקאי בשנת 1947 וכשימש כוילה עירונית למגורים.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו.
תכנון הבית המקורי כלל שתי קומות וגג. במהלך עבודות השימור נוספה קומת מרתף מתחת ליסודות המבנה. גרם מדרגות ספירלי מקשר בין הקומות ומודגש כלפי החזית המערבית באמצעות לבני זכוכית.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בין השנים 2013-2016 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים.

Zilbersten House was designed by architect Samuel (Sam) Barkai in 1947, and was used as a town villa for residential purposes.
The building was listed for preservation under strict limitations in the conservation plan and is located in the UNESCO-declared White City conservation zone.
The house’s original design incorporated two floors and a roof. During the preservation work, a basement floor was added under the foundations of the building. A spiral staircase connects between the floors, and is emphasized against the western façade using glass bricks.
The renovation work and building addition was carried out between the years 2013-2016, by Bar Orian Architects

خطط المهندس المعماري شموئيل ( سام ) بركاني بيت زلبرشتاين عام ١٩٤٧ ، واستخدم فيلا للسكن في المدينة أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بقيود صارمة بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو . شمل تخطيط البيت الأصلى طابقين وسقفاً . أضيف طابق أرضي تحت أساسات المبني خلال عمليات الصيانة يربط بين الطوابق درج حلزوني ، ويبرز نحو الواجهة الغربية بواسطة طوب زجاجي تقنت اشغال الصيانة وإضافة البناء بين الأعوام ۲۰۱۹ - ۲۰۱۳ بتخطيط بار أوريان للهندسة المعمارية
