בית ארליך תוכנן בשנת 1933 על ידי אדריכל זאב הלר בסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש כבניין מגורים ומסחר בקומת קרקע.
המבנה נבנה ביוזמת צדוק ארליך, שהיה מראשוני הקבלנים וממייסדי ענף המתכת בארץ. ארליך בנה את המבנה והתגורר בו.
במבנה פרטים אופיניים לסגנון הבינלאומי כדוגמת: הפסים האופקיים הקושרים בין החלונות, חלון ה’טרמומטר’ בחדר המדרגות והפרגולה בגג. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בשנת 2008, שוקם ושומר בשנת 2013 על ידי קבוצת א.ד.ן. בתמיכתה של חברת עזרה ובצרון וקרן השימור של עיריית תל אביב יפו, אדריכלי שימור: גל פלג אדריכלים.

Ehrlich House was designed in 1933 by architect Ze’ev Heller in the international style, and was used for residential purposes, with a commercial ground floor. The structure was built upon the initiative of Zadok Ehrlich, who was one of the first contractors and founders of the metal industry in the country. Ehrlich built the building and lived there. The building includes details characterized by the international style, such as horizontal strips that connect between the windows, a "thermometer" window in the stairwell and a roof pergola. The building was earmarked for renovation in 2008, and renovated and preserved in 2013 by the A.D.N group, with support from the Ezra and Bizaron group, and the Tel Aviv municipality conservation foundation. Renovation architect: GalPeleg Architects.

صمم المهندس المعماري زئيف هلر " بيت إرليخ " عام ١٩٣٣ بالطراز العالمي، واستخدم كمبنى سكني، وتجاري في الطابق الأرضي. بني المبنى بمبادرة تصادوق إرليخ الذي كان من أوائل مقاولي البناء ومؤسسي فرع المعادن في البلاد. بنى إرليخ هذا المبنى وسكن فيه. في المبنى تفاصيل مميزة للطراز العالمي مثل: الخطوط الأفقية التي تربط بين النوافذ ، نافذة " الحرارة " في غرفة الدرج والعريشة على السطح. أعلن عن ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه عام ٢٠٠٨ ، وقامت بذلك مجموعة أ. د. ن. عام ۲۰۱۳ ، بدعم شركة عزرا وبصرون وصندوق الحفاظ على المباني التابع لبلدية تل أبيب يافا. المهندسون المشرفون على حفظ المبنى: مكتب جال بيلج.
