הקישון 48 | هكيشون ٤۸ | HaKishon 48

המבנה בהקישון 48 נבנה בשנת 1938 על ידי השותפים חיים אברהם מורדוך, בן ציון אברהם קטן וחותנו צבי.
אדריכל המבנה הוא ד"ר רוברט הוף.
המבנה הורכז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650 ב’ ותוכנון בסגנון הבינלאומי, על פי עקרונות האופיניים לשכונת פלורנטין: חזיתות על גבול המגרש שיוצרות רצף אורבני המגדיר את הרחוב, בקומת הקרקע חזית מסחרית בה משולבת הכניסה לחדר המדרגות ומרפסות שמש הבולטות מעבר לקו הבניין.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבנייה בוצעו בין השנים 2015-2016 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים ומסטר גל אדריכלים.

The building at 48 HaKishon was built in 1938 by partners Chaim Avraham Mordoch, Ben Avraham Katan, and his father-in-law, Tzvi. The building architect was Dr Robert Hoff.
The structure was listed for preservation in the 2650B conservation plan. It was designed in the International style, according to the typical characteristics of a Florentine neighborhood: a façade on the boundary of the plot to create an urban contiguity on the street, a commercial ground floor façade into which an entrance to the stairwell is incorporated, and sun porches that protrude beyond the line of the building.
The conservation work, and additional construction was carried out in 2015-2016, designed by Bar Orian Architects and Nili Gal Mester Architects

بنى الشركاء حاييم ابراهيم موردوخ وبن تصيون ابراهيم قطان وحماه تسفي المبني في شارع هكيشون ٤۸ عام ۱۹۳۸ . المهندس المعماري للمبنى هو د . روبرت هوف أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني . ٢٦٥٠ب و الطراز الأولى ، وفقاً للمبادئ المميزة لخي افلورنتين : واجهات على حد الساحة تشكل تسلسلاً من السمات المدنية التي تحدد الشارع ، في الطابق الأرضي واجهة تجارية تعج بها مدخل غرفة الدرج وشرفات شمسية بارزة عن خط المبنى تقنت أشغال الترميم وإضافة البناء بين الأعوام ۲۰۱۹ - ۲۰۱۵ بتخطيط بار اوريان للهندسة المعمارية وماستر غال للهندسة المعمارية .
