בית בועז ורחל דנקנר תוכנן במקור בשנת 1926 ע"י אדריכל יצחק טולדנו כמבנה בן 2 קומות מגורים מעל קומת מסחר. המבנה נכלל ברשימת המבנים בעלי ערך אורבני והיסטורי בשכונת ’מרכז מסחרי’ ההיסטורית בתל אביב. המבנה נבנה בסגנון אקלקטי טיפוסי למרכז מסחרי ולפלורנטין. הסגנון מאופיין בעיטורי טיח דקורטיבי בחזיתות, מרפסות זיזיות מעקות מסגרות אמן, פרטי עץ מסוגננים בפתחים, מרצפות מעוטרות, ציורי קיר בחדר המדרגות ועוד. בשנת 2021 המבנה עבר תהליך שימור ותוספת של קומות חדשות בתכנון אדריכל יאיר זיק.

The Boaz and Rachel Dankner House was originally designed in 1926 by architect Yitzhak Toledano as a two-storey building above a commercial floor. The building was included in the list of buildings of urban and historical value in the historic "Commercial Center" neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The building was designed in an Eclectic Style typical of the commercial center and the Florentine neighborhood. The style is characterized by decorative plastering on the facades, lattice balconies, railings, artist frames and wooden details, stylish in the openings, decorated floors, murals in the stairwell and more. In 2021 the building underwent a process of preservation and the addition of floors newly designed by architect Yair Zik.

خطط المهندس المعماري يتسحاق طوليدانو بيت بوعز وراحيل دنكنر بالأساس عام ١٩٢٦ كمبنى مكون من طابقين سكنيين فوق طابق تجاري. تم شمل المبنى ضمن قائمة المباني ذات قيمة حضرية وتاريخية في حي "مركز تجاري" تاريخي في تل أبيب. بني المبنى على الطراز الأكلكني النموذجي لمركز تجاري والفلورنتين. يتميز الطراز بزينة من القصارة الزخرفية في الواجهات، شرفات بارزة ودرابزينات فنية محيطة بها، مركبات خشبية جميلة في الفتحات، أرضيات مزخرفة، رسومات على الجدران في غرفة الدرج وغير ذلك، أجريت عملية صيانة وإضافة طوابق جديدة للمبني عام ٢٠٢١ بتخطيط المهندس
