בית רזניקוב, נבנה בשנת 1925 ותוכנן על ידי אדריכל משה לוברניצקי כבית מגורים בסגנון אקלקטי. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור. המבנה משלב חזית ברוח המאה ה-19 והשפעה של מוטיבים יהודיים כמו עיטורי טיח בדגם לוחות הברית, עם בניה האופיינית לשנות ה-20.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2013 על ידי משרד להלה אדריכלות: אדר’ גיליה ברגר ואדר’ נטלי טל. יזם הפורייקט: גיא ביירון.

Raznikov House was built in 1925 and designed by architect Moshe Lubernizky for residential purposes in the eclectic style. The building was earmarked for renovation as part of the preservation plan. The building incorporates a 19th- century inspired facade with influences from Jewish motives, such as plaster decorations in the shape of the two tablets of stone, with building characterizations from the 1920’s.
The building was renovated in 2013 by Lala architects office: Architect Gilia Breger and Architect Natalie Tal Project commissioned by Guy Biron.

صمم المهندس المعماري موشيه لوبرنيتسكي " بيت رزنيكوف " وبناه عام ۱۹۲٥ كمبنى سكني بطراز اكلكتي المبنى محفوظ بحكم برنامج ترميم الميقي والحفظ عليها . يسمح المبنى واجهة بروح القرن التاسع عشر وتاثير عناصر يهودية مثل تزيين القصارة على شكل الواح التوراة ، مع بقاء مميز لسنوات العشرين أشرف على ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه مكتب " لهلا " للهندسة المعمارية عام ۲۰۱۳ : المهندسة المعمارية جيليا برجر ونتالي تال . المبادر للمشروع : جابي بنيران
