בית משפחת פרידלנד
ניבנה ב-1930, על פי תכנון משותף של משרד אוראל וזוהר אדריכלים והמהנדס גדליהו וילבושביץ, עבור משפחת המהנדס אוריאל פרידלנד, לימים שלון, שהיה מנהל בית חרושת "שמן" ויושב ראש "ועד הדר הכרמל". רעייתו רחל כיהנה כפרופסור להנדסת בניין בטכניון. ראשיתו כבית דו-קומתי, שכלל דירת מגורים ודירות להשכרה. לאחר מספר שנים נבנתה קומתו השלישית. הגג השטוח של הבית עוצב בסגנון הבנייה הבינלאומי.

بيت عائلة فريدلاند
في عام 1930 تم بناء هذا البيت وفق تصميم مشترك لمكتب الهندسة اورئيل وزوهار والمهندس المعماري جدلياهو فيلفو شفيتس خدمة لعائلة المهندس اورئيل فريلاند) (شلون)، الذي كان مديرا لمصنع "شيمن" ورئيساً للجنة هدار الكرمل. تبوأت زوجته راحيل منصب بروفسور للهندسة المعمارية في التخنيون في البداية تألف البيت من طابقين شمل وحدات سكنية ووحدات للإيجار. وبعد عدة سنوات تم بناء الطابق الثالث. أما سطح البناية الممدد فقد تم تصميمه بأسلوب البناء العالمي.

THE FRIEDLANDERS’ HOME
Built in 1930, and co-designed by Orel & Zohar Architects and engineer Gedalyahu Wilbushevitz, for the family of engineer Uriel Friedland, Manager of Shemen Factory and chairman of Hadar HaCarmel Committee. His wife Rachel was associate professor of Civil Engineering at the Technion. At first it was a two-story house, with a dwelling and apartments for rent. After a few years a third story was built. The house’s flat roof was designed in the International Style.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
