בית יוסף גוטליב - רח’ ירושלים 13
המבנה תוכנן ונבנה בשנת 1934 ע"י האדריכלים בנימין אוראל ויחזקאל זוהר, בסגנון הבינלאומי. אוראל וזוהר אחראים לתכנונם של עשרות בניינים בחיפה, כולם בסגנון הבינלאומי. בית גוטליב הוא דוגמה מוצלחת לבית מגורים שנבנה עם פרטים האופייניים לסגנון, כגון קומת עמודים שמעניקה למבנה אווריריות, חלונות פס אופקיים, מרפסות פינתיות מעוגלות ורגולריות בעומק החזית, ועל גג המבנה - שהוכשר לטובת דיירי הבית - פרגולה פיסולית שיורדת עם עמוד ניצב על חזית המבנה.
הבניין הוכרז לשימור בשנת 2007 במסגרת סקר שימור שנערך למבנים שתוכננו ע"י אוראל וזוהר בחיפה.

بيت يوسف چوطليف - شارع يروشلا يم 13
صمم المبنى وبناه عام 1934، المهندسان المعماريان بنيامين أورتيل ويحزكيل زوهر بالأسلوب العالمي (باوهاوس). أورئيل وزوهر مسؤولا عن تصميم عشرات المباني في حيفا وكلّها بالأسلوب العالمي. وبیت چوطليف هو نموذج ناجح لمبنى سكني بني مع تفاصيل مميّزة للأسلوب، من قبيل طابق الأعمدة الذي يتيح للمبنى التهوية، النوافد الأفقية مستطيلة الشكل: كبيرة الطول صغيرة الارتفاع شرفات الزاوية في عمق الواجهة، المستديرة والنمطية، سقيفة نحتية تهبط مع عمود يقف عند واجهة المبنى على سطح المبنى، أعدت لصالح سنان العمارة.
أعلن المبنى للحفاظ التاريخي عام 2007، وذلك في إطار استطلاع حفاظ تاريخي أجري للمباني التي صممها أورتيل وزوهر في حيفا.

Yosef Gottlieb House - 13 Jerusalem St.
Designed and built in 1934 by architects Binyamin Orell and Yehezkel Zohar, in the International Style. Orell and Zohar were responsible for designing dozens of buildings in Haifa, all in the International Style. Gottlieb House is a good example of a residential building built with style-specific details, such as a pilotis that lends airiness to the building, horizontal strip windows, streamlined and regular corner balconies set in the façade, and on the roof - adapted for the benefit of the tenants - a sculptural pergola that sends a perpendicular pillar down the building’s façade.
Declared as a protected structure in 2007 during a conservation survey of buildings designed by Orell and Zohar in Haifa.
