גימנסיה "אבן-פנה"
גימנסיה "אבן פנה" נוסדה בשנות ה-30 של המאה ה-20 כבית ספר תיכון ערב פרטי לנערים עובדים וכעבור עשור נוסף לה בית ספר תיכון בוקר. מייסדה ומנהלה היה דוד אבן-פנה (1988-1901), מורה ומחנך, שמפעלו התמקד בקידום החינוך בקרב שכבות מצוקה. בנוסף, הקים הוצאה לאור של ספרי לימוד וניהל קרנות של מלגות לתלמידים. החברה ובתי הספר שבבעלותה נסגרו בשנת 1969, על פעלו ותרומתו, זכה דוד אבן-פנה בשנת 1973 לתואר יקיר העיר חיפה.

"Even-Pina" Gymnasium
Was founded in the 1930’s as a private evening high school for working youth, and a decade later, a morning high school was added. The school’s founder was David Even-Pina (1988-1901), a teacher and educator whose work focused on promoting education among weaker populations. In addition, he established a publishing house for textbooks and managed scholarship funds for pupils. The company and schools under its ownership were closed down in 1969. For his work and contributions, David Even- Pina was awarded Honoree of Haifa in 1973.

تأسست مدرسة "إيين بيناه الثانوية في سنوات الثلاثين للقرن العشرين كمدرسة ثانوية مسائية خاصة للفتيان العاملين وبعد مرور عقد أضيفت إليها مدرسة ثانوية صباحية. كان مؤسسها ومديرها دافيد إيين بيناه 1901-1988 وهو معلم ومربي تمحور مشروعه التربوي في دفع التربية إلى الأمام وسط شرائح مستضعفة، بالإضافة إلى ذلك أنشأ دار الطباعة والنشر لكتب دراسية وأدار صناديق منح ا للطلاب في سنة 1969 أغلقت الشركة والمدرسة التي كانت تحت تصرفه نال دافيد إيين بيناه سنة 1973. ولقب عزيز حيفا على مشروعه ومساهمته.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
