בית הפרדסן וחבר מועצת הקהילה הטמפלרית קארל קיבלר (Kübler) ממייסדי שרונה. לאחר הקמת המדינה שימש הבניין את הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה ובהמשך שכנה בבית יחידת התחבורה של משרד הביטחון.

The citrus grower and elder of the Templer community Karl Kübler was one of the founders of Sarona. After the founding of the state, the Central Bureau of Statistics was located in the building, followed by transportation unit of the Ministry of Defense.
