Steegmaier - Knoll family collection

בית כריסטיאן פרידריך הֶקר (Häcker) נבנה בשנת 1873, ושם בעליו מוטבע בראשי תיבות מעל דלת הכניסה. לימים התגורר בבית המורה, עמונאל קנול (Knoll). לאחר הקמת המדינה שימש המבנה את משרד הסעד ולימים את גדוד הקשר המטכלי.

Christian Friedrich Häckers house was built in 1873, and his ownership is indicated in an abbreviation above the entry door. Later, the teacher Emmanuel Knoll lived in the house. After independence the structure was used by the Ministry of Welfare and later the General Staff Communications Battalion
