הוקם ככל הנראה בעשור הראשון לייסוד המושבה. בחזיתו כתובת "ביל"ו תרמ"ג 1883”, ושרידי עוגני ברזל בצורת האות M - ראשי תיבות של מנשה מאירוביץ’.
מאירוביץ, אגרונום במקצועו ומאנשי ביל"ו במושבה. בהמשך, היה איכר, עסק בניסיונות חקלאיים, היה יו"ר ועד המושבה, פעיל ציבור, פובליציסט וסופר. מאירוביץ’ שכונה בערוב ימיו "אחרון הביל"ויים" זכה לראות בהקמת מדינת ישראל (1948).

The Meirovitch House
The house, built in the 1880’s, was the home of Menashe Meirovitch, an agronomist, who arrived in 1883 to join his "Biluim" friends, workers hired by the Baron Rothschilds’ administrators. Menashe Meirovitch was involved in agricultural experiments, served as chairman of the Village Committee and was a writer and journalist. He lived to see the creation of the State of Israel in 1948.
