התינוקת הראשונה שנולדה בכפר ביל"ו, ועל שמו היא קרויה.

החינוך היה בדמה: לימדה בביה"ס העברי הראשון בעיר ראשון לציון - "חביב", עברה לתל-אביב והייתה מחנכת בסמינר "תלפיות" ומנהלת בבי"ס דיזנגוף. הייתה מרצה ומנחה באוניברסיטת בר אילן ומפקחת של"ח.

דגלה בחינוך חברתי-ערכי והנחה את רעיון "מחויבות אישית", במסגרתו נרתמו תלמידות ותלמידי תיכון למען חולות וחולים, הגיל השלישי ואוכלוסיות מיעוט.

לכל רחוב יש שם, ולכל שם יש סיפור והישגים, שמשפיעים על החיים של כולנו. אבל כמה מאיתנו באמת מכירות ומכירים את הדמויות שמאחורי שמות הרחובות?
גם היום מעט מדי נשים מונצחות ברחובות העיר והעירייה פועלת לתיקון העוול ולהצבת הנשים ופועלן בקדמת הבמה. נשים שהשאירו את חותמן על החברה ושל הציבוריות הישראלית בתחומים שונים.
שבוע ’במלוא הדרה’ מעלה על נס נשים מעוררות השראה. שזכו להכרה ולהוקרה באמצעות קריאת רחוב על שמן.

The first baby born in the village of Bilu, and she is named after him.

Education was in her blood: she taught at the first Hebrew school in the city of Rishon Lezion - "Haviv", moved to Tel Aviv and was an educator at the "Talpiot" seminary and principal at the Dizengoff school. She was a lecturer and supervisor at Bar Ilan University and a supervisor of Shelach.

She advocated social-value education and guided the idea of "personal commitment", in which high school students were mobilized for the sick, the elderly and minority populations.
