בית אלכסנדר גולדשטיין תוכנן על ידי אדריכל שלמה גפשטיין בסגנון הבינלאומי ונבנה בשנת 1933 למגורים.
המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
המבנה טיפוסי לראשית הבניה המודרניסטית בתל אביב, שנבנה בגל הבניה של שנות השלושים במרכזה התרבותי של תל אביב. צומח מן הקרקע ומאפייניו הבולטים חלונות סרט אופקיים בחזיתות ומרפסות פינתיות.
אחד מבנייניו הראשונים של אדריכל גפשטיין, מתוכנן בפשטות וצניעות, עד כדי סגפנות יחד עם ביצוע קפדני וחמרי גמר איכותיים. שיפוץ המבנה ותוספת - על ידי ארכוד אדריכלים בע"מ בשנת 2015.

Alexander Goldstein House was designed by architect Gepstein in the international style and built in 1933 for residential purposes. The structure was listed for preservation in the 2650b conservation plan, and is located in the UNESCO declared zone.
The building is typical of early modernist buildings of Tel Aviv, and was built in the 1930’s building wave in the cultural center of Tel Aviv. Grown from the ground, its prominent characteristics include horizontal ribbon windows on its façades, and corner balconies.
One of architect Gepstein’s first buildings, it was designed simply and modestly to the point of austerity, while ensuring a finish with high quality materials.

خطط المهندس المعماري شلومو جنشطاين بيت الكسندر جولدشطاين على الطراز الدولي وبني عام ۱۹۳۳ كمبنى سكني أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ۲٦٥۰ ب ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو المبنى نموذجي لبداية البناء العصري في تل أبيب ، ولقد بني ضمن موجة بناء سنوات الثلاثينات في المركز الثقافي لمدينة تل ابيب بعطر المبنى من الأرض ومميزاته البارزة سلسلة نوافذ افقية في الواجهات ، وشرفات عند الزوايا . هو أحد أوائل مباني المهندس المعماري جنشطاين ، نخطط ببساطة وتواضع إلى حد التقشف ، مع تنفيذ بدقة متناهية ومواد تشطيب ذات جودة عالية ترميم المبنى واضافة البناء من قبل اركود للمهندسين المعماريين م . ض . عام ۲۰۱۵
