The sign is on the wall of the house where Hanina Kartchevsky lived - composer, music teacher and conductor, born in Petrovka, Moldova (1925-1877), immigrated to Israel in 1908. Considered one of the fathers of the Hebrew singer, he founded choirs, mainly of school students. He also composed melodies for many songs.
