בית רותר
הבית שנבנה כבית תרבות, ע"י מועצת פועלי חולון וההסתדרות הכללית של העובדים, תוכנן על ידי האדריכלים א. קינסברונר וי. ברגמן.
אבן הפינה הונחה ב-13 במאי 1961, ובנייתו הושלמה ב-1966.
לצורך בנייתו התקבלה תרומה מוולטר רותר (Walter Reuther) שהיה נשיא איגוד פועלי המכוניות ונשיא תנועת העבודה האמריקאית (1970-1907).
בבית הזה פעלו חוגים של ריקודי עם לצעירים ולמבוגרים, קבוצות של לימוד שפות ועוד. בשנות ה-2000 פעלה במבנה מרפאת מומחים של קופת חולים כללית.
ב-2022 שופץ המבנה על ידי עיריית חולון ונחנך בו המרכז החינוכי - הטכנולוגי.

Reuther’s House
The house built as a culture house, by the Holon Workers’ Council and the general union of the workers, was designed by the architects A. Kinsbroner and V. Bergman.
The cornerstone was laid on May 13, 1961, and its construction was completed in 1966.
For the purpose of its construction, a donation was received from Walter Reuther, who was the president of the Automobile Workers Union and the president of the American labor movement (1907-1970).
Folk dance classes for young people and adults, language study groups and more operated in this house. In the 2000s, a specialist clinic of the Clalit Health Services operated in the building.
In 2022, the building was renovated by the municipality of Holon and the educational - technological center was inaugurated in it.
