הוקדש ע"י בנקוב יוסף נ"י לזכר אביו ר’ אפרים ב"ר יוסף ז"ל ולזכר אמו בילה רחל בת אזיק יעקב ויסוקר

A blessing spoken at the beginning of the Hebrew month, as the moon grows. Since this blessing is said at night outside the synagogue, it is customary to write a sign on the synagogue wall that reads the blessing.
