From the Dicotyledon citrus family. Created in Israel in 1984 from a hybrid between pomelo and grapefruit. The oroblanco is similar to grapefruit, but its skin is greenish and tastes sweet due to low acidity, the fruit is exported to the world under the name Sweetie because of the sweetness of the fruit.
