ילידת העיר העתיקה 1914, בתם של נסים ושרה, נצר למשפחת פרנס שגרה בירושלים כ-400 שנה ושלטה בהקצאת חלקות הקבורה ליהודים בהר הזיתים. קיימה גם קשרים עם השלטונות ועם ערביי המקום. למדה בבית-הספר של מיס לנדאו, ובשנות ה-30 עבדה בדואר. נישאה לעו"ד דוד בן ציון מזרחי, אשת חברה, חברת צוות קבועה בתוכנית הרדיו "הפרלמנט הירושלמי" ב"קול ישראל"

Malka Mizrahi née Parnass
Malka was born in the Old City in 1914. She was the daughter of Nissim and Sarah, a descendant of the Parnass family which had resided in Jerusalem for over 400 years. They were responsible for the allocation of burial plots for Jews on the Mount of Olives. The family maintained relations with the authorities and with local Arabs. Malka studied at the "Miss Landau School" and during the 1930s was employed in the postal services. She married lawyer David Ben Zion Mizrahi, was prominent in Jerusalem society, and a regular member of the "Jerusalem Parliament" program on Israeli Radio,
