בניין הבנק המקורי, "בנק העולים ארץ ישראל פולניה", תוכנן ונבנה ב-1936 על ידי אדר’ פיליפ (פנחס) היט ובו מעלית מהראשונות שתוכננו בתל אביב. לבניין הנוכחי קדם בנין מגורים בבעלות יעקב ויסמן שנהרס כשנרכש המגרש בשנת 1935 על ידי אברהם יוסף מינצר כהשקעה משותפת עם פנחס קורב. סגנונו האדריכלי מודרני, פונקציונלי, אופייני לבנייני משרדים שניבנו בסגנון המודרני בשנות ה-30 וה-40 בתל אביב והוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור. בשנת 2007 רכשה קבוצת אדמונד דה-רוטשילד בניין זה יחד עם הבניין הסמוך בשדרות רוטשילד 18. שני הבניינים שומרו, חוברו ומשמשים היום את קבוצת אדמונד דה-רוטשילד בישראל.

The original building of the Palestine-Poland Immigrants Bank was designed and built in 1936 by architect Philip (Pinchas) Huett. It was one of the first buildings in Tel Aviv to be designed with an elevator. The architectural style of the building is modern, functional and typical of office buildings built in the modern style in Tel Aviv in the 1930’s and 1940’s. It was listed for preservation in the municipal conservation plan. In 2007, the Edmond de Rothschild group purchased this building together with the adjacent building at 18 Rothschild Blvd. These two buildings were preserved, joined together, and are used today by the Edmond de Rothschild Group in Israel.

خطط المهندس المعماري فيليب ( بنحاس ) هيط مبنى البنك الأصلي ، " بنك القادمين إلى إسرائيل بولندا " وبناه علم ۱۹۳۹ ، ويحوي مصعداً يُعتبر من أوائل المصاعد التي خططت في تل أبيب . سبق مبنى سكني بملكية يعقوب فايسمان هذا المبنى ، ولقد هم عام ۱۹۳۰ كوريف . طراز المبنى المعماري حديث ، عملى ، مميز عندما اشترى ابراهيم يوسف ميتتر قطعة الأرض بهدف الاستثمار مع بنحاس المباني المكاتب التي بنيت على الطراز الحديث في سنوات الثلاثينات والأربعينات في تل أبيب ، وأعلن عنه للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني اشترت مجموعة الموند دي بوتشيلد هذا المبنى عام ۲۰۰۷ مع المبنى المجاور في جدة روتشيلد ۱۸ . تم الحفاظ على المبنيين والربط بينهما ، ويستخدمان حالياً مقراً لمجموعة الموند دي روتشيلد في إسرائيل . التخطيط والهندسة المعمارية والصيانة المعماري أمنون بار اور وشركاه للهندسة المعمارية م . ض . التصميم الداخلي : جادي هلبرين ستوديو جاد . تصميم المنخل : المهندس أندريه فنتسر ( فيرنتسا) والمهندس المعماري امنون بار اور
