Born in Lvov, Ukraine (Galicia) (1888-1949), he immigrated to Israel in 1925. He designed many houses in the "White City" in Tel Aviv, but also in other places, such as the synagogue of the Mazkeret Batya colony . For a time he was the architect of the city of Tel Aviv. In 1934 he lived and even established his office in one of the houses he designed: 108 Dizengoff
