סירקין 5
בית דירות שתוכנן בשנת 1934 על ידי האדריכלים קרול וגרנשטין. הבניין מממש באופן מובהק עקרונות עיצוביים של הסגנון הבינלאומי: פרופורציה השמה דגש על הרוחב, פינות מעוגלות, ואלמנטים המדגישים את הקווים האופקיים: אלה ניכרים בקרניזים ובעיצוב המרפסות, המודגשות בפרט חריץ אופקי. מופע המרפסות החצי-שקועות מייצר תחושה נעימה של קשר פנים-חוץ. בצהרי ימי הקיץ ניתן לראות כיצד הקרניזים מעל החלונות יוצרים הצללה מלאה ומדויקת על החלונות. בין קומת המסחר לקומות המגורים מפריד אלמנט הכולל שני קרניזים זה מעל זה. החזית האחורית שבורה למספר מישורים, וכוללת מסדרונות פתוחים לגישה לדירות. מהם נשקף נוף פתוח.

بيت شقق قام بتصميمه، عام 1934 المهندسان المعماريان كرول و چرنشطين يحقق المبنى بشكل واضح وصريح مبادئ تصميمية خاصة بالأسلوب العالمي: تناسبيّة تُبرز الوسع، الزوايا المستديرة. وعناصر تبرز الخطوط الأفقية تلاحظ هذه في الكرانيز وفي تصميم الشرفات المبرزة بتفصيل شق أفقي. مظهر الشرفات شبه الغائرات يخلق شعورًا لطيفًا للعلاقة بين الداخل والخارج. في ظهيرة أيام الصيف يُمكن أن نرى كيف أن الكرانيز فوق الشبابيك تحدث تظليلا كاملا ودقيقا على الشبابيك. يفصل بين طابق التجارة وطوابق السكن عنصر يشتمل على كرنيزين الواحد فوق الآخر. الواجهة الخلفية مكسورة إلى عدة مستويات. وتشتمل على أروقة مفتوحة للدخول إلى الشقق. يُطلّ منها منظر طبيعي مفتوح.

5 Sirkin
An apartment house designed in 1934 by architects Carol and Gernstein. The building utilizes distinctly International Style design principles: proportion that stresses width, rounded corners. and elements that emphasize the horizontal lines. These are evident in the cornices and the design of the balconies highlighted by a horizontal groove. The appearance of the semi-sunken balconies creates a pleasant sense of interior-to-exterior connection. At noon on summer days, one can see how the cornices above the windows create a complete and accurate shading on the windows. An element of two cornices separates the commercial floor from the residential floors. The rear façade is broken into several levels and features open corridors with an open view. which lead to the apartments.
