בית קרמאן - רח’ סירקין 27
דוגמה מופלאה לשיתוף פעולה אדריכלי ערבי-יהודי בין היזם, איש העסקים וסגן ראש העיר חאג’ סאהר קרמאן, לבין האדריכל משה גרשטל (מחכנן בניין שוק תלפיות). שהפך לאדריכל הבית של קרמאן ותיכנן עבורו מספר בניינים, כמו גם את החווה החקלאית בכפר איבטין הסמוך לחיפה. המבנה תוכנן בשנת 1937 בסגנון הבינלאומי ובגמר אבן שמאפיין את שיתופי הפעולה האדריכליים הייחודיים, שהתרחשו בחיפה בתקופת המנדט הבריטי. לבניין מרפסות שמש עגולות משני צדיו, חלונות פס אופקיים ופרגולה על הגג, שהוכשר לשימוש ולרווחת כל דייריו.

بيت قرمان - شارع سيركين 27
نموذج رائع للتعاون الهندسي المعماري العربي - اليهودي، بين المبادر، رجل الأعمال ونائب رئيس البلدية، الحاج طاهر ،قرمان والمهندس المعماري موشيه چرستل مصمم مبنى سوق تلبيوت). الذي أصبح المهندس المعماري لبيت قرمان وقد صمم له عددا من المباني، كما صمم مزرعته في قرية إبطن القريبة من حيفا. تم تصميم المبنى عام 1937 بالأسلوب العالمي (باوهاوس) ويتشطيب من الحجر يميّز التعاونات الهندسية المعمارية المميزة التي كانت في حيفا في فترة الانتداب البريطاني. للمبنى شرفات شمس مستديرة من جانبيه نوافذ أفقية مستطيلة الشكل: كبيرة الطول صغيرة الارتفاع) وسقيفة على السطح، أعدت لاستخدام وراحة جميع سكان المبنى.

Qaraman House - 27 Sirkin St.
A marvelous example of Arab-Jewish architectural cooperation between the developer, businessman and deputy mayor Hajj Tahir Qaraman, and architect Moshe Gerstel (designer of the Talpiot Market building), who became Qaraman’s in-house architect and designed several buildings for him, as well as the agricultural farm in Ibtin Village near Haifa. The building was designed in 1937 in the International Style, with stone cladding characterizing the unique architectural collaborations that took place in Haifa during the British Mandate. The building has round sun porches on either side of it, horizontal strip windows and a pergola on the roof, adapted for the use and comfort of all tenants
