כריסטיאן פרידריך למלה (Lämmle), נמנה עם ראשי הקהילה הטמפלרית בשרונה ועם מניחי היסודות לענפי היין והפרדסנות במושבה. בביתו היה מפעל ביתי לייצור דבש ובחצרו האחורית היו אורווה, רפת ואסם. בני המשפחה היו גם בעלי משק חלב ושווקו ירקות לתושבי שרונה, יפו ותל-אביב. לימים, שכנו בבית מחלקת המודיעין של חיל האוויר ומחלקות של משרד הביטחון.

Christian Friedrich Lämmle was one of the Templer community leaders in Sarona and one of the pioneers of the wine and citrus growing in the colony. There was a honey production facility in his house and a stable, barn and granary on his property. His family members were also milk producers and sold vegetables to the residents of Sarona, Jaffa and Tel Aviv. Later, the structure housed an intelligence unit of the Air Force and departments of the Ministry of Defense.
