"בית המפל", נבנה בשנת 1932-3, תוכנן ע"י האדריכל משה צ’רנר למגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי המוקדם. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור הכרזת "העיר הלבנה" של אונסקו. מאפיינים בולטים במבנה: חדר מדרגות משולש שלאורכו חלון טרמומטר וחזיתות פונקציונליות שלאורכן מרפסות ושקעים אופקיים. במבנה קיימים אלמנטים מהסגנון האקלקטי כדוגמת ציר סימטריה פינתי, חלונות בעלי פרופורציות מאורכות ותריסי כנף. במהלך 2019 נוספו למבנה שלוש קומות והמבנה שומר.

The "Hemphel House", constructed in 1932 as a residential building, was designed in the early International Style by the architect Moshe Tcherner. The building is designated in the "Lev Ha’ir" plan and is located in the declared UNESCO "White City" zone. The main features are a triangular staircase with a "thermometer" window and functional facades with balconies and horizantai indents. The structure also contains Eclectic Style elements such as a corner symmetry axis, elongated proportion windows and hinged shutters. During the course of 2019, three storeys were added to the building.

بني "لبيت مفل " علم ۱٩٣٢ - ۱٩٣٣ وخططه المهندس المعماري موشيه تشيرنر للسكن على الطراز الدولي الميكر . تمت صيانة المبنى بحكم برنامج " قلب المدينة " ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو . مميزات بارزة للمبنى : غرفة درج مثلثة على طولها نافذة حافظة للحرارة وواجهت عملية على طولها شرفات وتجويفات افقية . توجد في المبني عناصر تعود إلى الطراز الأكلكتي كمحور التماثل في الزاوية ، نوافذ ذات مقاييس ممتدة ومصاريع ذات أجنحة أضيف إلى المبنى خلال علم ٢٠١٩ ثلاثة طوابق وتمت صيانة المبنى المهندس المعماري للمشروع : افتر شهين . المهندسة المعمارية للصيقة : إيريس كشمن المبكر : الأصفاء من شارع مزاه ٥٠
