בית דלפינר תוכנן על ידי האדריכל זאב הלר בשנת 1834 ברוח התנועה המודרנית כבית מגורים פינתי גדול בעל שתי כניסות. למבנה חזית כפולה. הקירות הפנימיים מעוגלים בעוד החיצוניים, העוטפים את המרפסות הפינתיות, בנויים בקו מתאר שצורתו פרח. שכבה חיצונית זו משמשת כמעין קיר מסך, המדגיש את איכותה הפלסטית של החזית וממקד את המבט לעבר מפגש הרחובות. פינת הבית מודגשת באמצעות שני עצי וושינגטוניה תמירים בחצר. החזיתות הפונות לרחוב מחופות בטיח ואשפוץ בשני גוונים, באופן המעצים את הדגשים האופקיים והאנכיים של המבנה.

Delfiner House was built in 1934. Designed by architect Ze’ev (Wilhelm) Haller as a residential home in the International Style, it is a corner apartment building with a double façade. The interior wall is a simple sweeping arch, while the exterior wall, which wraps around the corner balconies, follows a flower-shaped plan. This external layer forms a decorative curtain wall which emphasizes the façade’s plasticity and directs attention to the street corner. The corner is further accentuated by two fan palm (Washingtonia) trees located in the yard. The street-facing façades are coated with two-tone Waschputz plaster, emphasizing vertical and horizontal elements.
The building, located in the buffer zone of the White City as declared by UNESCO, was listed for conservation with stringent restrictions. Its building rights were transferred to another lot.
