בית ד"ר סדובסקי תוכנן בשנת 1933 על ידי האדריכל קרל רובין, כבית מגורים בן שלוש קומות למשפחת סדובסקי.
צורתו הא-סימטרית, המרפסות האופקיות וקווי החזית הנקיים, אופייניים לסגנון הבין לאומי של תחילת שנות ה 30 בתל אביב.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2012 על-ידי בר אוריין אדריכלים.

The home of Dr. Sadovsky was designed in 1933 by the architect Carl Rubin, as a 3-storey residential home for the Sadovsky family. The asymmetrical structure, the horizontal terraces and clean lines of the facade characterize the international style of early 1930’s Tel Aviv. The building was preserved in 2012 by Bar Orian Architects

خطط المهندس المعماري كارل روبين بيت د . سدوفسكي عام ١٩٣٣ , كبيت سكني مكون من ثلاثة طوابق لعائلة مكوفي شكله غير المتمثل على حفظ المبنى المهندسون الشرفات الأفقية وخطوط الواجهة النظيفة , مميزة للطراز الدولي لبداية سنوات الثلاثينات في تل أبيب . أشرف المعماريون بار أوريان علم ٢٠١٢ .
