בית סגל
מבנה מגורים בסגנון אקלקטי (לקטני) שתוכנן על ידי האדריכל יוסף ברלין ונבנה בשנת 1924 עבור משפחת שמואל סגל, פקיד בפיק"א (חברה להתיישבות יהודית בארץ ישראל) וחבר הנהלה של ועד הדר הכרמל.
המבנה סולידי עם מרכיבים קלאסיים. גג הרעפים המיוחד של המבנה והגמלון בחזית מהווים את סימני ההיכר שלו.

Segal House
An eclectically designed residential building planned by architect Joseph Berlin and constructed in 1924 for the family of Shmuel Segal, a clerk working in the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association (PICA) and a management member of the Hadar Ha-Carmel Committee. The building exhibits classical elements. Its special tiled roof and architectural gable on the facade are the building’s identifying marks.

بنصف مبنى السكن بأسلوب إكلكني - مقتطف من التصاميم المختلفة. كمم على يد المهندس المعماري يوسف برلين وبني سنة 1924 لصالح عائلة شموئيل سيجل الذي كان موظفا في . "بيكا" (شركة لاستيطان اليهود في أرض إسرائيل وعضوا في إدارة لجنة هدار الكرمل. المبنى بارز للعين ومبني من مركبات كلاسيكية قديمة. يعتبر سقف القرميد المميز وسطح المبنى مثلث الشكل في واجهة المبنى إحدى علاماته الفارقة.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
