From the group of founders of "Ahuzat Beit" later the city of Tel Aviv.
Mr. Menachem Gilutz initiated and founded the commercial center in Tel Aviv, which changed the city and turned it into a metropolis. He was a well-known publicist who wrote articles on a variety of topics in the press.
Mrs. Deborah Gilutz founded the school for vocational education for girls and engaged in public activity within the framework of charity associations.
